2010 ClearNote Conference - Fear & Love Embrace
Mention the fear of God among Christians these days, and you’re likely to get confused stares, if not hostile ones. It’s been long since the fear of God held any weight in our lives, and even longer since it prompted any evangelical preaching. But from beginning to end, Scripture shows us that our love of God and our fear of Him are inseparably joined, and that we cannot love God unless we fear Him. Join us as we discover this essential part of the Christian life, and learn to say with the Psalmist, “With you there is forgiveness, that you may be feared.”
Please join us in reserving Friday, July 9, and Saturday, July 10, for the second annual ClearNote Fellowship Conference. We’ll have sessions dealing with specific issues that confront the church today, and give an update on the many new activities of ClearNote Fellowship. Pastors Tim Bayly, Stephen Baker, and David Curell along with worship leader Jody Killingsworth will be speaking at the conference sessions. The Good Shepherd Band will lead worship during each session.
2009 ClearNote Conference - Standing in the Gap
Description:
If you missed the 2009 conference—or just want to listen again—audio is available in the "Audio" section of the website. > Imagine a fortress, absolutely impregnable, provisioned for an eternity. There comes a new commandant. He conceives that it might be a good idea to build bridges over the moats—so as to be able to attack the besiegers. Charming! He transforms the fortress into a countryseat, and naturally the enemy takes it. So it is with Christianity. They changed the method—and naturally the world conquered. -Soren Kierkegaard, Attack Upon "Christendom".
Please join us in reserving Friday, July 10, and Saturday, July 11, for the first ClearNote Fellowship Conference. [Click here to register now!](http://www.clearnotefellowship.org/2009ConferencePass)
